Vogue and other media publications have published that Kates dress is Self PortraitI have no idea if theyve had confirmation from the brand, or if theyve taken this information from fans chatting on social media (the latter has happened before, and has led to national newspapers confidently declaring Kate is wearing a brand, and it turned out to be wrongon more than one occasion!) If Self Portrait did indeed design the dress (and I suspect they did), it looks like a custom commission
