Bottled at 48% ABV, unchill filtered, and naturally coloured, it offers aromas of honeycomb, butterscotch, and ginger. On the palate, tropical fruits, heather honey, and baking spices lead, followed by hints of coconut, marmalade, and demerara sugar. A finish of citrus, caramel, and ice cream
